Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a position at our Early Learning Center in Tacoma, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to work with young children and support their speech and language development.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each childs unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote effective communication strategies in the classroom.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Washington State SLP license.
- Experience working in an educational setting, particularly with young children, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
