Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the school-based team in West Springfield, MA. Provide students with essential skills to enhance their independence and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student growth.
- Document student progress and update IEPs as needed.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Massachusetts OT license.
- At least 1 year of experience in a school or pediatric setting.
