Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing for a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for a full-time position in the Windham, NH area. This role offers the opportunity to work within local school districts, providing essential services to students in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' fine motor, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
- Developing individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with educational teams.
- Delivering direct and indirect therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs.
- Providing consultations to teachers, staff, and parents regarding student needs and accommodations.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current stateOccupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Must meet all state and local requirements, including completing background checks, fingerprinting, and other district-specific requirements.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
