This is a full-time position designed for an individual dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential in both academic and functional settings.
Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct student evaluations and assessments to identify occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to enhance students' academic participation and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate staff and parents on interventions and strategies to support students' motor and sensory needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Delaware OT license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt therapy to various learning and developmental challenges.
