Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for a full-time position within school districts in the Byfield, MA area. This role provides an exciting opportunity to support students in improving their communication skills, working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

Responsibilities:
As an SLPA with Blazer Jobs, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the implementation of speech and language therapy plans as directed by a licensed SLP.
- Conducting therapy sessions focused on articulation, language development, social communication, and fluency.
- Preparing therapy materials and organizing resources to support students progress.
- Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure students needs are met in a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements for Massachusetts:
- Licensure: Active Massachusetts SLPA license.
- Education: Associate or bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
- Supervision: Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Background Check: Must pass all background checks as required by Massachusetts school districts.
- Experience: Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
