Blazer Jobs is excited to partner with school districts in the Byfield, MA area to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position. We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and experienced professionals who are passionate about helping students develop their speech and language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in delivering speech and language therapy to students
Assist in the development and implementation of therapy plans
Work directly with students in both individual and group settings
Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to SLPs, teachers, and parents
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students meet their communication goals

Required Qualifications:

Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification for the state of Massachusetts
Successful completion of an accredited SLPA program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass required background checks for school districts
Experience working in a school or educational setting is preferred, but not required
