Position Overview:
- Role: School Occupational Therapist (OT)

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students to determine their needs for occupational therapy services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and overall functional performance.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to ensure therapy goals are aligned with educational objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to staff and families to support the continuity of care.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Active WA OT license.
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, though not required.
