Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role within school districts in the Thermal, CA area.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEPs, setting clear and measurable goals.
- Provide direct therapy services, adjusting techniques to support student progress.
- Maintain documentation of each students therapy and progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) Preferred
- California Speech-Language Pathology license from the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.
- Completion of the California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST) or another Basic Skills Requirement.
- Experience in school-based settings or with children and adolescents.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification recommended.
