Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support students' social and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to develop strategies for student success.
- Address behavioral and attendance issues, working to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Connect students and families with community resources and provide crisis intervention when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work.
- State licensure as a School Social Worker (SSW).
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
