Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address behavioral and emotional needs.
- Develop tailored intervention plans to support positive behavior and emotional regulation.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain detailed records, monitor progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Masters in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling.
- Certification: NJ state licensure or certification required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in school-based counseling or social work.
