Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join a local school district for the upcoming school year. This full-time, onsite position provides an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' emotional, behavioral, and academic development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to address academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments.
- Provide counseling services to students, individually or in groups, to promote mental health and well-being.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- State certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with students across different grade levels.
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and intervention.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
