Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Richmond, IL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in the field and a strong commitment to helping students succeed through targeted speech and language interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans to meet student needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrators
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and IEP records
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Illinois State Licensure and CCC-SLP from ASHA
- Prior school-based experience preferred
