Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet students unique needs.
- Deliver engaging speech therapy services, either in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and recommendations.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy goals as necessary.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active California SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred).
- Experience with K-12 caseloads, including diverse speech and language disorders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort with providing therapy in both virtual and in-person settings.
