Position Overview:
- Location: Indianapolis, IN (Virtual and onsite options available)
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time flexibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual student needs.
- Provide direct speech therapy services, either in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students communication goals.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Indiana SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred).
- Experience working with K-12 caseloads, including diverse speech and language disorders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both virtual and onsite environments.
