Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver therapy tailored to each students needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure consistent support across settings.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on student outcomes and data.
- Contribute to IEP meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations for student goals.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active North Carolina SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred).
- Prior experience with K-12 caseloads, including diverse communication disorders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both in-person and in a virtual environment.
