Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in McMinnville, OR. This role allows you to work directly with students, helping them improve their communication and language skills to succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to students, both one-on-one and in group settings.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure cohesive student care.
- Maintain thorough records and documentation to track progress and compliance with IEPs.
Requirements:
- Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates are welcome.
- Licensing (Oregon): Must hold a current Oregon SLP license.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a school setting.
