Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work full-time with middle school students in McMinnville, OR. This position involves delivering speech therapy services and supervising an SLPA in providing support to students.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to middle school students.
- Supervise and guide an SLPA to support caseload needs effectively.
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop treatment plans based on individual student needs.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.
- Document and report on students progress in compliance with school and district standards.
Qualifications:
- Active Oregon SLP license required.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA certification preferred.
- Experience with middle school students is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
