We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a part-time, onsite position. The role involves working with a diverse K-12 caseload, providing physical therapy services to students across various grade levels.

Special Requirements:
- Certification: Must have an active Physical Therapy license
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy programs for students.
- Work with students to improve their physical abilities and mobility.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student development.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Provide guidance and training to school staff on physical therapy techniques and accommodations.
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapy license in Illinois.
- Experience with K-12 students is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
