Blazer Jobs is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Peyton, CO. If you are dedicated to helping students achieve their communication goals, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for appropriate services and accommodations.
Education, License, and Certification Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Colorado state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Minimum of one year of experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations.
