Job Description:
- Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Assist with the implementation of individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs.
- Conduct therapy sessions and support students in developing communication skills.
- Collaborate with the supervising SLP and other school staff to monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Engage with students and parents to provide updates and support.
Qualifications:
- Valid CASLPA license required.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Dedication to supporting students in achieving their communication goals.
