Blazer Jobs is seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join a school district in the Burgaw, NC area for a full-time position. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify students occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student success.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Assist in creating an inclusive learning environment by providing tools and strategies for students to access their education effectively.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in North Carolina.
- Experience working in a school setting or with children is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
