Job Duties:
- Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to meet student needs.
- Provide speech therapy services in group and one-on-one settings.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.
- Track and modify therapy goals based on ongoing assessments.
Qualifications:
- Education: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- License: North Carolina SLP license from the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech and Language Pathologists and Audiologists.
- Certification: North Carolina Department of Public Instruction licensure.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a school or pediatric setting.
