We are currently seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support students in Maryland through teletherapy. This is a fantastic opportunity to help students succeed while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely from your home.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students to determine their individual needs.
Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on assessment results and student goals.
Provide teletherapy sessions using a secure digital platform to students across Maryland.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create and adjust educational and therapy plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and treatment outcomes.
Support students in developing communication skills and address social-emotional challenges related to speech and language needs.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Maryland or eligibility.
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
Previous experience in teletherapy is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload effectively.
A passion for helping students reach their full potential academically and socially.
