Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Devils Lake, ND area

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with students' IEPs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in groups, to improve communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals.
- Monitor progress, document therapy sessions, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings to provide expertise on students speech and language needs.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active North Dakota SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children in a school setting is preferred.
- Completion of state-required background checks and fingerprinting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
