Position Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
As a School Social Worker, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and supportive school culture. Typical responsibilities include:
- Conducting individual and group counseling sessions to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to create intervention plans that support student well-being.
- Developing programs to promote positive school culture and enhance student resilience and coping strategies.
- Coordinating with community resources and agencies to connect students and families with additional services.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring compliance with district policies.
