Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and skilled School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our partner schools in Fairview, OR. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students' development in a dynamic educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional performance.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans aligned with IEPs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
- Provide training and resources to educators and families to support carryover of interventions.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Oregon Occupational Therapist License.
- NBCOT certification.
- At least 1 year of experience as an OT, preferably in a school-based setting.
