Position Overview:
Were seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the Fairview, just 25 minutes from Portland,school district on a part-time basis. This role involves providing therapy services to a diverse caseload of students from PreK to 12th grade across eight schools in the district. The schedule includes Wednesdays and one additional flexible day per week, allowing for a work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.
Position Details:
- Location: Fairview, OR (25 minutes from Portland, OR)
- Dates: February 10, 2025 May 14, 2025
- Hours: Part-time, 15 hours per week
- Schedule: Wednesdays and one other flexible day per week
- Caseload: Mixed (PK-12), across eight district schools (details to follow in the interview)
- Hourly Rate: $42+
Requirements:
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapy License
- Experience in school-based therapy is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students across PK-12 grade levels.
- Travel between up to 8 schools within the district.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement therapy plans.
- Support students in achieving their individualized education plan (IEP) goals.
- Adapt services to meet diverse student needs across different educational environments.
