Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations to assess students motor function.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress.
- Provide training and support to school staff and families.
Education, License, and Certification Requirements:
- Doctoral or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
- Illinois Physical Therapist licensure.
- At least one year of experience in the field.
