Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services to students with various disabilities.
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.
- Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Illinois.
- Required certifications: CPR/First Aid, and any additional relevant certifications.
- Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience working in a school or pediatric environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
