Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students.
- Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and community resources to meet student needs.
- Support students experiencing challenges such as truancy, homelessness, or trauma.
- Assist in crisis intervention and provide referrals for additional services.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Active Maryland State Social Work License (LCSW or LMSW required).
- Minimum 1 year of school-based or child-focused experience.
- Knowledge of special education processes and IEP team collaboration preferred.
