Blazer Jobs is excited to offer a full-time, remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position supporting schools in Ellicott City, Maryland. This role provides a unique opportunity to work remotely while making a difference in the lives of students by addressing their communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform virtual evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Design and implement remote therapy plans to meet students educational goals.
- Use teletherapy platforms to deliver engaging and effective speech therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support students success.
- Maintain compliance with Maryland state regulations and school district guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Maryland SLP license issued by the Maryland Board of Examiners for Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Speech-Language Pathologists.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required.
- At least one year of experience in a school setting or pediatric therapy.
- Proficient in using teletherapy tools and technology.
