Blazer Jobs is excited to announce a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position near Kansas City, MO! We are partnering with local school districts to find passionate and experienced professionals who are ready to help students develop essential communication skills. Position Overview:

Location: Near Kansas City, MO
Full-Time, Contract Role
Competitive Pay: $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience)
Immediate Start Available

Key Responsibilities:

Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in providing speech and language therapy to students
Implement individualized therapy plans to address student needs and goals
Work directly with students in one-on-one and small group settings to support their communication development
Monitor and document student progress and provide updates to SLPs, educators, and parents
Collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents to create a nurturing and effective learning environment

Required Qualifications:

Current SLPA Certification in Missouri
Successful completion of an accredited SLPA program
Ability to pass required district background checks
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
Experience in school settings is preferred, but not required
