Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with educators and families.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to bilingual students.
- Act as a liaison between schools, families, and community resources.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and district guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Meet all state requirements for Social Worker credentials in New Jersey.
