This full-time role provides a fulfilling opportunity to support students' communication and learning needs while working in a collaborative, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student outcomes, maintaining compliance with district and state regulations.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on best practices and innovative techniques in speech-language pathology.
What Were Looking For:
- A valid New York Speech-Language Pathology license.
- A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Previous experience in school settings is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
