Position Details:
- Job Title: School Occupational Therapist (OT)

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments to determine students functional abilities and educational needs.
- Develop and deliver therapeutic activities to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance with school and state policies.

Qualifications:
- A Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Louisiana.
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
