Responsibilities:
- Provide social and emotional support to students across grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop intervention plans
- Assist students in overcoming academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges
- Conduct assessments, provide counseling, and make referrals for additional services
- Advocate for student needs and provide crisis intervention when necessary
Requirements:
- Licensed Social Worker in Pennsylvania
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations
