Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Shrewsbury, PA
Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Shrewsbury, PA, to fill two full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) openings for the current school year. This is an onsite position with an Early Intervention Program and a Learning Center speech program.
Position Details:
- Caseload A: SLP to work in person in Shrewsbury, PA, seeing walk-in students, ages 3 to 5 years, at the Elementary School. Ideally 1-2 days/week. ASAP to June 13, 2025.
- Caseload B: SLP to work in person at the Learning Center in York, PA, working with severe needs students. ASAP to May 29, 2025. Full-time or part-time availability. Starting at $45/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct speech and language assessments.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals in the school setting.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and progress made.
- Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding student progress.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in PA.
- Experience working with young children and/or students with severe needs is preferred.
- Ability to work onsite, as this position involves in-person services due to caseload requirements.
