Blazer Jobs is looking for a passionate School Social Worker to join our team for a short-term contract in McKeesport, PA. Youll have the opportunity to support students and their families in overcoming challenges and fostering academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Assess students social, emotional, and educational needs.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention.
- Connect families with community resources.
- Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement student support plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
- Active Pennsylvania licensure as a School Social Worker (LCSW, LSW, or equivalent).
- Minimum of one year of experience in a school or similar setting.
