Blazer Jobs is excited to partner with a school district in the McKeesport, PA area to hire a Full-Time Social Worker for the 2024-2025 school year. This position will be within a special education setting, providing crucial support to students with varying needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide social work services to students within a special education setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to address the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.
- Implement strategies for behavior management and provide individual or group counseling sessions.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment to help students achieve academic and personal success.
Qualifications:
- Must hold the required state licensure and certifications (please specify necessary credentials when applying).
- At least one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to effectively work with students in a special education setting.
Compensation & Benefits:
