Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at an elementary/middle school in Pennsylvania. This full-time position involves working with a diverse caseload of approximately 65 students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children improve their communication skills and thrive in a collaborative educational environment.
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication needs of students.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs.

Provide direct therapy services to students, using evidence-based practices.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students educational goals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans.

Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings to share findings and recommendations.

Adhere to school policies and state regulations for SLP services.
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania.

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
