Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) - Augusta, GA
As a school Occupational Therapist, you'll work directly with students to help improve their fine motor skills, sensory processing, and overall ability to participate fully in the school environment. Your role will involve collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students' motor, sensory, and functional skills
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to support student development
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to promote student success in the classroom
- Provide direct therapy and interventions in both individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and comply with all state and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Current OT license in the state of Georgia
- Must meet all federal and state licensing and certification requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
