Position Overview:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to preschool students at both Oakwood and Bismarck Elementary Schools. This role will focus on transitioning from virtual services to in-person support, making a lasting impact on young learners' communication and developmental skills.
Caseload Details:
- Approximately 30 preschool students.
- Combination of pull-out and push-in therapy services.
- The SLP will split their time between the two schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to meet student needs.
- Monitor and document student progress.
Special Requirements:
- Active PEL (Professional Educator License) is required.
- Experience with preschool-aged children is preferred.
