Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a full-time role with school districts in the Lawrence, MA area. We are seeking dedicated professionals passionate about supporting students mental health, academic achievement, and social-emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to support students academic and social success.
- Provide counseling services to students individually or in groups.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments.
- Assist in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
- Offer crisis intervention and consultation services as needed.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Massachusetts.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to promoting the academic and emotional well-being of students.
