Bilingual School SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant)

Position: Full-Time, 2024-2025 School Year
Blazerworks is proud to partner with the Hutto school district to hire a dedicated Bilingual SLPA for the upcoming school year. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive school environment while helping students achieve their communication goals.
Position Details:
- Role: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (Bilingual preferred)
- Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, during school hours)
- School Year: 2024-2025
- Location: On-site within the Hutto Independent School District
Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapy services to students.
- Implement treatment plans and provide direct therapy in group or individual settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students communication development.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records for IEPs and reports.
- Adapt and modify materials to meet the unique needs of bilingual students.

Requirements:
- Valid SLPA license in the state of Texas
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
