Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (open to full-time and part-time candidates)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide exceptional services to elementary students across 2-3 school sites. This role involves working with students who have speech impairments, emotional disturbances, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (AU). The ideal candidate is compassionate, adaptable, and committed to helping students achieve their communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to elementary students.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each students specific needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Travel between assigned school sites as needed.
- May have the opportunity to transition to virtual therapy (VOCO) in the future.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Texas.
- Bilingual in Spanish (required).
- Experience working with students with speech impairments, emotional disturbances, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (AU).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
