We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Washington D.C. This position offers virtual options, providing flexibility to work from home while serving a diverse K-12 caseload. As an SLP, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, helping students build critical communication skills that are key to their academic and personal success.
Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy for students in grades K-12 with a range of communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of each student.
- Deliver therapy in both virtual and in-person settings, as per student needs and program requirements.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, providing input on student goals and progress.
- Track and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to students, parents, and school staff to address communication challenges.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
- Active Washington D.C. Speech-Language Pathologist license (ASHA CCCs preferred).
- Prior experience working with K-12 students, particularly in a school setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using virtual tools for teletherapy sessions.
- Must be able to work in both virtual and in-person therapy environments.
