What We’re Looking For

Independently Licensed professional: Active, independent license as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMHC)
Clinical expertise: Experience working with individuals, couples, perinatal clients, and/or trauma informed/trained
Passion for/interest in perinatal mental health: A demonstrated interest in supporting clients during pregnancy and postpartum.
Organized and reliable: Strong time management and organizational skills to balance caseload effectively.
Independent yet team-oriented: Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a supportive team.
Growth mindset: A commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and expanding your skills

What Sets You Apart

Specialized experience or interest in couples counseling or perinatal mental health.
Proven ability to manage complex cases with professionalism and empathy.
Experience thriving in a collaborative clinical environment.
Multi-state license (a bonus, but not required), or willing to become multi-state licensed (we currently practice in CT, MA, MD, FL, & NC)
Interest in running psycho-education/support groups a plus!
