Job Details:

Speech Language Pathologist Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in middle school students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with communication needs
- Provide consultation to classroom teachers and other educational professionals on speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with school staff to create an effective learning environment for students with speech and language challenges
- Record and maintain accurate student progress reports and IEP documentation
- Support students in improving communication, social skills, and academic performance
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and goals
