Blazerworks is actively seeking a full-time School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a dynamic team for the 2024-2025 school year in Rosemount, MN. Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, school year (2024-2025)
- Location: Rosemount, MN
- Caseload: To be determined based on student needs
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' fine motor and sensory processing skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create an inclusive environment.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements.

Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- State of Minnesota licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
