Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to identify students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse needs, focusing on improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living skills.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support.

Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports in compliance with school and district policies.

Participate in IEP meetings to provide input and recommendations.
Qualifications: To apply, candidates must meet the following local and state requirements:

Hold a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Possess a valid state Occupational Therapist License.

Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is required.

Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly desirable.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and staff.
